One of the most popular dishes is fó tiào qiáng ('Buddha Jumps Over the Wall'), a
stew of seafood, chicken, duck and pork simmered in a jar of rice wine. Allegedly the
dish is so tasty that even the Buddha - a vegetarian, of course - would hop over a wall to
get a taste.
