Elegant, serene and loaded with history, this cafe is located in a former wooden dormit-
ory (with a large deck spilling onto a grassy lawn) built by the Japanese in 1925. It was
later used as a studio by Tsai Jui-yueh, a pioneer of modern dance in Taiwan.
