Eastern Taipei
With rivers and established subcities to the north and west, and mountains to the south,
Taipei could only expand in direction: east. Encompassing Songshan, Da'an, Xinyi and
pretty much everything east of Jianguo Rd, Eastern Taipei is a mix of typical narrow-
laned neighbourhoods and spiffy new high-rise blocks.
