access.
How do I use it?
When at an attraction simply show your Express Pass to the Team Member at the ride en-
trance, they will scan it and you will be directed to a separate queue line from non-Express
Pass guests. Typically waits will be 15 minutes or less for rides even on the busiest days -
often much less. Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem often has a wait that is longer than 15
minutes in the Express Pass line due to its slow loading nature.
Be aware that because you will be in a different queue line to the main one, Express Pass
guests may lose some of the storyline told in the queue. This is particularly evident on
Revenge of the Mummy, Transformers and Men in Black .
There are three types of Express Pass:
• Universal Express Pass: This is available for purchase both in the parks
and online in advance. It allows one ride per participating attraction.
• Universal Express Unlimited: This is available for purchase online and in
the parks. It allows unlimited rides on each participating attraction.
• Park-To-Park Ticket + Universal Express Unlimited : This is available
for purchase online or over the phone [phone]) and includes a reg-
ular park admission ticket for both parks and Universal Express Unlimited
access for each day's entry - these tickets are available in one-day or mul-
tiple day versions. The ticket will expire when all park admission days on
the ticket are used or 14 days after first use, whichever is sooner.
• On-site Hotel Universal Express Unlimited Pass: This is a perk for on-
site hotel guests (excluding Cabana Bay Resort guests) and is included for
each member of a party staying in the hotel room for every day of their
stay including through all of the check in day and all of their check out day.
It allows unlimited rides on each attraction. A photo of each guest will be
printed onto this pass.
Each member of your party will need their own Express Pass. If you are not using an “On-
site Hotel Universal Express Unlimited Pass” or a “Park-To-Park Ticket + Universal Ex-
press Unlimited” you will need to purchase a separate Express Pass for each day of your
trip. There is no such thing as a multi-day Express Pass. In addition, you will need to have
an Express Pass for each member of your party.
