Tickets:
There are a flurry of different ticket options that can be purchased for Universal Orlando. In
this section we dissect them all.
Advanced Tickets
Advanced tickets can be bought by all guests from anywhere around the world. The
easiest place to purchase these tickets is the official Universal Orlando website at
www.universalorlando.com . There are two types of advanced tickets: single-park tickets
which allow you access to one theme park per day (either to Universal Studios Florida or
Islands of Adventure on any one day), or park-to-park tickets which allow you to enter both
theme parks and go back and forth between them.
With multi-day single park tickets you are able to visit the two parks on separate days but
you will not be able to visit both parks on the same day (in order to visit both parks on the
same day you will need a park-to-park ticket) - single park tickets also do not allow you to
access and ride The Hogwarts Express attraction which requires a park-to-park ticket.
As you will see from the prices below a single day ticket is expensive on its own, but addi-
tional days can be added on for $35 or less per day. Park-to-park tickets are $40 more ex-
pensive than single park tickets, regardless of the length of the ticket.
Child prices apply to children aged 3 to 9 years old. Children under 3 get free admission into
the theme parks (proof of age may be requested at the turnstiles).
