Knockturn Alley:
Running alongside Diagon Alley, is the darker “Knockturn Alley”, described as a “gloomy
back street” by Universal. The shops and storefronts here are filled with items related to
Dark Magic. The flagship store in this area is Borgin and Burkes , which sells dark items
such as Death Eater masks, skulls and other sinister objects - plus make sure to check out
the vanishing cabinet.
This area is covered so as to look continually dark and give a nighttime atmosphere, so ex-
pect it to be popular when one of Orlando's frequent rain showers makes its appearance.
Be sure to look out for the animated “Wanted” posters of the Death Eaters. There are many
interactive wand experiences available in this area of the land (more on these later).
There are also two other streets to explore in Diagon Alley with themed shop fronts and
interactive wand touches - Horizont Alley and Carkitt Market.
