This deluxe hotel recreates the charm and romance of the famed seaside village of Por-
tofino, Italy, right down to the cobblestone streets and outdoor cafes.
The resort houses 750 rooms, including 18 Despicable Me themed Kids Suites with a sep-
arate bedroom for the kids. Rooms start at 450 square feet in size with prices varying from
$285 to $445 per night plus tax for a standard room, making this the most expensive of the
onsite hotels.
On Saturdays during peak seasons there is a “Dive-In Movie” for guests to enjoy.
The hotel has 3 pools. The Beach Pool has a waterslide and is the largest and grandest of
the pools. Pool cabanas are available for hire at the Beach Pool and the Villa Pool for those
wanting to live the real luxurious lifestyle - these include overhead fans, a TV, and a mini
refrigerator stocked with water and soft drinks, and complimentary fruit. Prices start at $75
per day. Reservations can be made in person at the Beach Pool hut or by calling (407)
503-1200 or 41745 from the in-room phone. The Villa Pool also has a Jacuzzi-style area.
The Hillside Pool is the quietest and the most relaxing, with a view along the Bay.
The Mandara Spa
, a brand synonymous with luxury treatments, is located by the Beach
and offers a variety of indulgent experiences. The most basic 50-minute Swedish massage
starts at $130, and you can expect to pay up to $595 for the “Nirvana…Bliss for a Day” ex-
perience that lasts over 6 hours. Facials, body therapies, nail services, waxing and haircuts
are also available. Taxes and a 20% service charge are excluded from these prices. Any
treatment purchased also includes full use of the spa and fitness facilities. A fitness day
pass is priced at $10 per day for hotels guests or $25 otherwise. Spa treatment reservations
