Touring Plans:
In order to make the most of your time at the parks we highly recommend you follow one
of our touring plans in this guide. These touring plans are not designed in order for you to
have a leisurely slow day through the parks, they are designed to get as much accomplished
in the parks as possible whilst still having fun. This may mean crossing the park back and
forth in order to save you from being in long lines but ultimately it will mean that you can
get the most out of your Universal Orlando experience. At the moment, the parks do not
have a huge amount of attractions meaning that wait times can be long but that it is perfectly
possible to do all the rides in a park on the same day with some planning.
Overall, we recommend you spend at least one day at each park, and then use a third or
fourth day to do your favorite attractions at both parks, including any you may have missed.
The key to these touring plans is to arrive at the park well before it opens - that means being
at the parking lots at least about 60 minutes before park opening if you are driving in. Park-
ing lots open 90 minutes before official park opening hours. If you want to buy tickets on
the day (please do not they are much more expensive than buying in advance) then you will
need to be at the gates at least 45 minutes before park opening. Otherwise make sure to be
at the park gates at least 30 minutes before opening with your park admission in hand. Park
gates often open up to 30 minutes before the official opening time.
Using this touring plan: If there is a particular attraction you do not wish to experience
simply skip that step and then follow the next one - do not change the order of the steps.
1-Day touring plan for Universal's Islands of Adventure:
Due to the popularity of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter: Hogsmeade many guide-

one is doing, which means that you end up getting yourself into insanely long lines!
1. Be at the turnstiles with your ticket in hand at least 45 minutes before park
opening. Proceed through the gates once they are open. Grab a park map and
head straight ahead through the arch and through the Port of Entry area of
the park. You can come and explore this beautiful area later in the day.
2. When you reach the end of the path you are forced to turn either left or
right, turn left and cross the bridge under The Incredible Hulk Coaster . Turn
right and experience The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man . Lockers are
not required for this attraction. Do this before riding The Hulk because lines
