In-Depth Information
Gradventure is the opportunity for middle school kids to celebrate their graduation in style.
With both theme parks open for the event, it is an experience unlikely any other in the
world. Visitors can ride world-class rides and enjoy private theme park admission.
The event runs from 7:00pm to midnight on May 8th and May 15th 2015. At the Grad-
venture night itself there are Live DJs in attendance, Karaoke sessions, dance parties, street
entertainment and of course the chance to experience some thrilling attractions.
Some of the attractions operating during Gradventure include both sides of the Wizarding
World of Harry Potter and the Hogwarts Express, TRANSFORMERS: The Ride-3D,
Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man, The Incredible
Hulk Coaster and more attractions. That means that Grad Night guests get access to both
theme parks!
More information can be obtained be emailing Gradventure@UniversalOrlando.com or
over the phone on 1-800-YOUTH15. Although ticket prices vary from school to school ex-
pect to pay around the $75 mark.
Summer Concert Series 2015
Important Note : Before reading this information about the Summer Concert Series, be ad-
vised that the event did not take place in 2014. This was due to Diagon Alley opening last
summer with Universal knowing it will not need to spend money on acts to draw in large
crowds. There is no confirmation as to whether this event will return in 2015. The inform-
ation below is for reference purposes only and relates to the 2013 event:
The Summer Concert series is an opportunity to check out some big acts in the park whilst
getting some ride time in too. The Universal Music Plaza stage area near Rip Ride Rockit
has bands playing on select dates throughout June and the beginning of July. There is no
extra charge to listen to the live music and there can sometimes be some pretty big bands -
all you need is your regular park admission ticket to get in. There is no seating area for the
concert; it is all standing room.
Crowds do get very big for the Summer Concert nights and therefore attraction wait times
can also be significantly longer than they otherwise would be.
If you do not want day admission to the theme park, a concert ticket can be purchased for
$69.99(as of2013)-this allows youinto the parkfrom7:00pm until parkclosing. Once in-
