In-Depth Information
Universal Orlando is also promising that in future it will add new features such as instant
Express Pass purchase (even in queue lines!) and customizable itineraries to be made. The
App is available for free on the Apple App Store and the Google Play store.
Package delivery:
One great service that many theme parks offer to their guests is package delivery and
Universal is no exception. Essentially, this allows you to purchase an item and then have it
stored until later in the day when you can pick it up, without having to carry it around with
you all day. There two places you can have your package sent to are:
The front of the park - Just by each of the theme parks' exit turnstiles
you will see a small shop that is accessible both from inside and outside the
park. Purchases you have made throughout the day will be sent here for you
to pick up later. Please allow up to 4 hours for delivery to this window.
Your hotel room -Youcan also have the package delivered straight to your
hotel room if you are staying at any of the Universal on-site hotels. The
only caveat is that it will be delivered the next day between 9:00am and
4:00pm. Therefore this service is unavailable the day before checkout or
the day of checkout itself so it is really only suitable for stays of 3 nights or
longer.
Stroller and Wheelchair Rental:
Both theme parks offer stroller and wheelchair rental, as well as the rental of ECVs. The
rental area is located to the left hand side of each park's turnstiles.
There are four main types of strollers you can rent:
*Single Stroller - $15 per day
*Single Kiddie Car - $18 per day
*Double Stroller - $25 per day
*Double Kiddie Car - $28 per day
Wheelchairs can be rented for $12 per day, plus a $50 deposit.
ECVs can be rented for $50 per day, plus a $50 deposit.
