Raman Spectroscopy for Early Cancer Detection, Diagnosis and Elucidation of Disease-Specific Biochemical Changes - Emerging Raman Applications and Techniques in Biomedical and Pharmaceutical Fields - page 335

Raman spectroscopy has been shown to identify disease-specific composi-
tional changes in numerous cancers and pre-cancerous steps, and in the future
these changes will be critical to potentially revolutionising clinical diagnostics
and detection methodologies.
