inconsistencies in enumerations which occurred in the previous version of the
specification.
Transformation from proprietary BIM to CityGML and vice versa was
successfully verified. Moreover, 3D models were visualized in an opened way
in Web browsers when using X3D technology. As such, 3D models and
visualizations created from BIM are useful for creation harmonized back-
ground spatial data as in the European Location Framework (see http://www.
elfproject.eu for more information).
