RUNNING OF THE SHEEP
Tiny Reed Point, Montana, hosts the annual 'Running of the Sheep', an admirably dorky,
far less exciting version of Pamplona's Running of the Bulls. A parade and evening street
dance ramp up the action.
November
All Yellowstone park roads close on the first Monday in November, except for the
Gardiner−Cooke City road. In Grand Teton US 26/89/191 remains open all winter to
Flagg Ranch but parts of Teton Park Rd and the Moose−Wilson road close, as does
Grassy Lake Rd.
