has a dated casino/steakhouse lounge feel to it, the kind of place you might spot a 1970s-
era Joe Pesci in a perm and a leisure suit, but it will do. Lunch features epic build-your-
own burgers (including salmon burgers), but the restaurant only truly spreads its chicken
wings for dinner, with bison asada and a famed prime rib au jus. The $10 all-you-can-eat
soup and salad-bar option is low-grade but refreshing. The good wine and beer list is
shared with the bar (open 3:30pm to 11pm). The breakfast menu has some lighter options,
such as yogurt with fresh fruit, as well as a full breakfast buffet ($12).

) There are no surprises
at this huge and echoing cafeteria, but it's cheap and easy, serving up salads, lasagna, rice
bowls, hot dogs and a mean bison sausage sandwich, with the same menu as the Old
Faithful Lodge Cafeteria. Oatmeal and fruit salads are among the lighter options.

fountain counter here churns out burgers, chili dogs and root-beer floats, plus there's ice
cream and coffee. Breakfasts include blueberry flapjacks with sausage. Hours are shorter
out of season.
