Using a Rotary Table and Milling Radii
You will find that a rotary table is a very useful piece of workshop equipment.
It can be used to mill circular components that would otherwise be impossible
tomachine,todrillequidistantholesonaflange,tomilllargerholesthatwould
not be possible to drill, to cut straight lines at angles to each other and to cut
arcs. The rotary table usually has a worm and wheel drive although there are
some small tables that are rotated directly by the use of a bar inserted into a
hole in the outside diameter of the table.
