South Lake Union continues to be the city's fastest-growing neighborhood, thanks in
part to new occupant Amazon, the world's largest online retailer, which moved its HQ
over from Beacon Hill in 2012. Techies and tourists can enjoy a new lakeside park em-
bellished with the relocated Museum of History & Industry, along with sparkling con-
