been deemed trendy, which is why it's become a feature in cool Belltown restaurants
like Italian-tinged Tavolàta, owned by top Seattle chef Ethan Stowell.
Tavolàta's decor is industrial Belltown, though the menu's more Italian trattoria
(homemade pasta) with some Northwestern inflections (nettles). The 5pm happy hour's
a laugh.
