Dec) Most locals start to giggle when they speak of their last time at Feast Dinner
Theatres. You will find it below Brothers Two Restaurant and it is the longest-running
theater restaurant in Atlantic Canada. Music, script and improvisation combine with
audience participation to make for a truly memorable evening. And that's not all: the
food's not too shabby, either.

celebration of Celtic dance and music, this school provides visitors with free 20-minute
miniconcerts from Monday to Friday at 11:30am, 1:30pm and 3:30pm - expect bagpipes,
singing and dancing. Inspired? Then get yourself out to the 'Highland Storm,' a Celtic
music and dance extravaganza with a cast of 30 of the island's best performers. The show
is on three days a week through summer.

Getting There & Away
Maritime Bus ( Click here ) stops at the Irving gas station ( 902-436-2420; 96 Water St)
in the center of town and has services to Charlottetown ($14.25, one hour), Moncton
($29.50, two hours) and Halifax ($53.25, 3½ hours). On request, bus shuttles pick up at
the Esso station on Hwy 1A at the end of Water St E.

The strongest French Acadian ancestry on the island is found here, between Miscouche
and Mont Carmel. Some 6000 residents still speak French as their first language, al-
though you'll have trouble discerning this region from others in the province. There is
one notable exception: the red, white, blue and yellow star of the Acadian flag hangs
