cious 44-hectare property, this is the charming home Lucy Maud liked to call Silver
Bush. It was always dear to her and she chose the parlor for her 1911 wedding. Silver
Bush hosts the Anne of Green Gables Museum. It contains such items as her writing desk
and autographed first-edition books.

The building that houses this
museum is believed to be the home of Lucy Maud's grandfather and there's a lot of Anne
paraphernalia. Take a guided tour; there's a guarantee that if you're not absolutely fascin-
ated, you don't pay the admission.

, one of PEI's more authentically ambient cafes, in the
top of a fisherman's barn and overlooking the bay and its oyster-filled action.
Downstairs is a seafoodmonger where you can pick up fresh local sea critters to
take away.
