artsy B&B, Bywater is particularly popular with the LGBT crowd (particularly lesbians),
and is about as homey and laid-back as it gets. It's a restored double-shotgun, very color-
ful, with a kitchen and parlors in which guests can cook or loiter. The walls double as
gallery space, showcasing a collection of vibrant outsider and folk art. The four guest
rooms are simple and comfortable with more cheery paint and art.
