The Woodberry takes everything the Ches-
apeake region has to offer, plops it into an industrial barn and creates culinary magic.
The entire menu is like a playful romp through the best of local produce, seafood and
meats, from a 'nose-to-tail' approach to rockfish (Maryland's state fish) to local turkey
sausage with pork-fat potatoes, and wood-roasted tomatoes and garlic plucked from
nearby farms. The food is just stupidly delicious, the service is warm and the experience
is top-notch.
