The tin ceilings are hammered and floors well-stomped, but drinks expertly crafted from
250 specialty spirits are not made for pounding - hence the 'No Red Bull/No Jägermeister'
sign and duck-heart bar snacks. Toast the Haight with a Lava Lamp (rosé bubbly with wal-
nut bitters) or be rendered speechless by Charlie Chaplin, a sloe gin, lime and apricot li-
queur concoction.
