Strap on your spurs - finding this Western saloon in an alleyway between burlesque joints
is an adventure. Arrivals are rewarded with Inflorescence, a knockout potion of tequila,
chartreuse, lemon, Earl Grey bitters and foamy egg whites. Happy hour runs 5pm to
7:30pm daily; spiffy, hearty dishes such as lamb pot pie and bone marrow fritters are
served until 1:30am.
