In addition to creating a gusset with automatic profile, NX allows you to create a gusset
with user-defined profile. On the
Gusset
dialog, select
Type > User Defined Profile
and
click on an edge of the bend. A plane appears normal to the edge. Click
OK
and draw a
sketch. On the ribbon, click
Finish
to create the gusset with custom profile. Under the
Sec-
tion
section, use the
Width Side
drop-down menu to define the side of the gusset feature.
