Primary Health Centre Morbidity Report entry input attributes contain the
name of the Primary Health Centre. A drop-down list offers these selections:
Primary Health Centre name, Report Date, Date object to select the date,
Primary Health Centre OP Abstract—counts for Primary Health Centre out-
patients by Male, Female for Adults, Children, and Total.
Public Health Centre outpatient morbidity counts are reported for a list of
50 diseases. Disease groups and list, for which morbidity counts are strati-
fied by gender, age group, and total counts, are reported. This list belongs to
the same Primary Health Centre morbidity form.
Here is the list of disease and the categorization for which morbidity
counts are reported: Respiratory System: bronchial asthma, COPD, allergic
bronchitis, LRI, including pneumonia, URI, tuberculosis, and other respi-
ratory disease; Cardiovascular system: congenital heart disease, rheumatic
heart disease, hypertension, ischemia, including LI, other diseases related
to cardiovascular; pyrexia-related diseases: PUO, viral fever, typhoid fever,
measles, chicken pox, malaria, others; connective tissue disorder: osteoar-
thritis, rheumatoid arthritis, other connective tissue disorders; pregnancy-
