Each cell phone device offers a different user interface and different fea-
tures. The differences also depend on the service provider. Offering train-
ing directly on a mobile device limits training for a wider audience. Using
an actual mobile device for initial training either narrows the training by
making it device dependent or forces the training attendee to adapt to an
unfamiliar device.
