Dependency information is an ecient mechanism for extracting relational
information from text documents when the entities name listed with and and
or. But it is dicult to interpret when HLA entity, disease entity or action
keyword are added to the constructed HaD. It is because that we treat HLA
and disease into group. We should solve this problem by analysis which it tried
every conceivable combination of HLA and disease.
