Riverside Architecture Ramble
The Walk
Bangkok isn't generally known for its architecture, but the road that runs along Mae Nam
Chao Phraya, Th Charoen Krung (formerly known as New Road), is home to many of the
city's noteworthy secular structures. In addition to unique architecture, the area was
formerly the city's largest foreign enclave, and today continues to serve as a home to many
of Bangkok's Muslim residents.
