The Kadio g lu ! ehzade Sofrasi is
one of Safranbolu's best restaurants
with a good choice of light snacks,
vegetarian options and à la carte
meals. The mainstay of its menu is
grills, cooked well with herbs and
spices. Also on the menu are tradi-
tional dishes such as anchovy in
börek(filo pastry) and stews like
the popular Levrek pilakisimade of
fish and potatoes with spices. Both
