11.. Proposed Organization Structure
As the testing function needs to be taken to a level where it can be integrated with
all processes and phases of the software life cycle, there is a need to think about all
aspects and areas of changes needed. Change management is an elaborate subject
and is beyond the scope of this topic. However, we will discuss what new structure
should be in place for process management, methodology, tools and technology
management, infrastructure needed, and delivery model.
