Trouw is housed in a former newspaper printing warehouse, where the printing press floor
has been transformed into an industrial-chic restaurant serving snack-sized plates of or-
ganic, Mediterranean-tinged dishes. You can also have a drink on the sculpture-studded
terrace. But Trouw is more known for its way-late club nights (with food served till 2am)
and its salon series talks on culture, architecture and urban design.
