In-Depth Information
Lalibela was the Netherlands' first Ethiopian restaurant and it's still a favourite. You can
drink Ethiopian beer from a half-gourd, and sop up your stews, and egg and vegetable
dishes using
injera
(a spongy pancake) instead of utensils. Trippy African music rounds
out the experience.
