CLUB

One of Amsterdam's 'it' clubs, Air has an environmentally friendly design and a unique
tiered dance floor. Nice touches include free mini lockers and refillable drink cards that
preclude fussing with change at the bar. Though the place gets packed, it has ultrahigh
ceilings and it feels like there's still plenty of room to get funky. Cover charges average
between €9 and €15. (

coctions like the Peanut Butter and Jelly (bourbon and raspberry syrup) and Hopscotch to
Holland ( jenever , citrus and herbs). For entry, you must call or send a text message to re-
serve seats. (

arty types mix it up on the dimly lit dance floor. Cheapish entry (usually between €6 to
€16) guarantees a young crowd. (
