or any number of group or individual actions (broken down frame by
frame). Remember to use some dynamics in your posed movements, so the
movement is uneven in its pacing.

What you will find is that certain things help unify this animated exercise.
The constant changing of the people in their positions is too active for the
audience to register clearly but centering and registering the eyes and mouth
(if possible) helps hold the audience's focus. A continuous action, like a wave
or having each person go through a sequence of positions for a particular
action, holds the audience's focus and attention; and that makes this exercise
very interesting. One more element that helps unify the moving image is if the
person in the chair always wears the same shirt (like a bright red T-shirt). That
adds a sense of stability in this highly active sequence.
One really fun example of something similar to this exercise can be seen on
YouTube. A study called Living My Life Faste r by JK Keller shows an individual
shot one frame per day over 8 years and lined up and registered by the eyes
(probably with After Effects). The contrast of the locked-in eyes and the
rapidly changing elements of clothes and hair make a dynamic and historic
account of the evolution of one individual. Although this is one individual
and categorized as more of a time-lapse exercise, it gives similar results to the
exercise you are trying here.
