NTP technique in combination with the time-resolved Raman method was used to study
the unfolding of bovine pancreatic ribonuclease. After a T-jump as large as 9°C in 10 ns,
the time resolved Raman spectra excited at 532 nm were monitored. A schematic
diagram of the pulse-generation system with the stimulated Raman seeding and
amplification technique is presented in Fig. 1.14.
