You may be able to eliminate this message by changing the Trust Center options for your computer. If your
system administrator has restricted these commands from being modified, then you will need to ask him or
her for help. Select the “Trust Center Settings” button shown in Figure 13.3.3 to continue.

Figure 13.3.4 is shown with the checkbox “Trust access to the VBA project object model” selected. This
setting will allow the macros that you create to execute. Remember that Figure 12.3.3a in Chapter 12
describes “Trusted Locations”. You may be required to add the location of your VBS/VBA scripts and
macros to the list of trusted locations. Use the “Add new location”, “Remove”, and “Modify” buttons
shown in Chapter 12, Figure 12.3.3a, to adjust your list of trusted locations and their subfolders. When you
are using these buttons, a pop-up screen will be shown to permit the updates.
