Up to the end of 2011, China's sulphur dioxide emission reached 22.17 million ton,
chemical demand for oxygen emission 24.99 million ton, nitrous oxide emission
24.04 million ton, ammonia nitrogen emission 2.6 million ton. Acid rain region in
China accounts for one third of the total area, and only 61 % water in the seven
water systems meets the drinking water standard.
Meanwhile, greenhouse gas emission such as carbon dioxide which obtains
world-wide attention is also on a sharp rise. Since the objective that the temperature
rise of atmosphere in the future will be controlled within 2 C has been written into
Copenhagen Accord, the stipulation exerts great limitation on greenhouse gas
