Microbore Liquid Chromatography (microbore LC)
Microbore LC is a simple alternative approach for traditional LC. Compared with traditional LC, the inner
diameter of these columns used in microbore equipment is about 1 mm (or <1 mm). The pump flow rate of
microbore LC is about 100 ~ 500
l min −1 . All the tubing system in microbore LC is also smaller than the
traditional LC system. Microbore LC uses low flow rate and narrow tubing; this design could reduce the
