Expensive
Novotel Adelaide on Hindley Only a short stroll from the center of town,
the Novotel is a good value, especially if you happen to be staying on the weekend
when the rates go down. Otherwise, it's not as classy as either the Hyatt or the
Hilton. What you get for your money is a good, recently renovated, bright room.
Ask at the reception desk for a robe, as they aren't included in the standard rooms.

The Townhouse Totally refurbished in 2001, The Townhouse is Ade-
laide's newest boutique hotel. It's a 10- to 15-minute walk from the center of town,
5 minutes from the casino, and near the nightclub and red-light district. Rooms
are spacious, comfortable, modern, and clean. The major refurbishment did not
result in a massive hike in prices, which leaves this place a good value option.
