The agent deployment takes very little time, and at the end all you need to do is to execute the root.sh script from
the agent home as shown here:

Congratulations, you just installed the Oracle agent. If for some reason the prerequisites for the agent installation
are not met, the silent installation will fail. In such a case you should check the output of the log file to see which
particular problem prevented the installer from completing its task. More information about the agent software
prerequisites can be found in Chapter 3 of the “Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Basic Installation Guide”, Table 3-2.
Before moving on to the next task you should quickly check if the agent can indeed communicate with the OMS.
The command to use is shown here, together with the success message taken from a different machine:
