If you would like to follow the example in this chapter, then please select the option to install a new system
using the advanced configuration. In the next screen which is not shown here you will need to define a location for
the Middleware Home, the Agent Base Directory and a Host Name. The following values have been chosen for this
example's installation:

/u01/app/oracle/oem12c • Middleware Home Location:

/u01/app/oracle/agent • Agent base directory:

oem12oms1.example.com • Host name:

Once you've entered the relevant information click on the “Next” button, which leads you to step 7 as depicted in
Figure 8-8 .

The plugin selection screen shown in Figure 8-8 allows you to select optional plugins at installation time. Bear in
mind that these can always be installed later! Some plugins have dependencies that are automatically resolved when
you select them. When you are happy with your selection proceed to the next step where you configure the WebLogic
Server, shown in Figure 8-9 .
