Chosing languages for the installation
Select any other languages you would like to use with the Oracle Restart installation by highlighting them on the
left pane and moving them over to the right pane by clicking the arrow button. Click on “Next” to advance to the
ASM disk group creation screen.
Create ASM Disk Group
ASM has been discussed in some detail in chapter 2. At this stage in the installation process you are going to put
theory to practice by defining which LUNs are defined in a disk group, using the screen in Figure
6-4
. This screen
makes use of the fact that the ASM disks have already been defined on the operating system as discussed in Chapter 5.
