As the paddlers bring their canoes on shore and unpack their goods to make
camp for the night, there are a number of items that remind you of modern times.
The youth have their iPhones and iPods carefully tucked away in waterproof
bags, and the T-shirts may pay homage to favorite sports teams or music groups.
