Aunt Nea's Inn at Hillcrest This little hotel in St. George's is named after
the unrequited love of the Irish poet Tom Moore. Set in formal gardens, the house,
much restored, dates from the 1700s. You have a choice of bedrooms, some with
four-posters or canopy beds. The Jasmine Rooms are eclectically furnished with four-
posters, wrought iron, or sleigh beds. The two elegant and spacious Palm Suites open
onto an upstairs veranda with panoramic views of St. George's harbour.

Erith Guest House This old Bermuda home has been lovingly renovated and
turned into a B&B of charm and grace. On the outskirts of Hamilton, it lies within

with a private entrance, patio, and kitchenette. A pool and hot tub are in the court-

Greenbank Guest House This charming guesthouse stands at the water's edge
in Salt Kettle, just across the bay (a 10-minute ferry ride) from the City of Hamilton.
It's an old home (the oldest section dates from the 1700s), hidden under pine and
palm trees, with shady lawns and flower gardens. There is an antiques-filled drawing
room, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the service is personal.
Greenbank offers accommodations with private entrances and kitchens in water-
side and garden-view cottages. Rooms vary in size and shape, but most are small, with
small bathrooms, each with a shower unit. The furnishings are somewhat plain but
comfortable. The four units in the main house afford less privacy than the cottages.
On the premises is a private dock for swimming. The nearest beach is Elbow Beach,
a 15-minute taxi or moped ride away, and one of the departure points for the fast ferry
to Hamilton is less than a minute's walk away.
