As population increases, some systems are coming under pressure to modify.
Intensive landless systems are on the decline in Europe, while production in grassland

Chicken

Duck

Goose
Latin Name: Anser anser and Anser cygnoides (Fig. 7.10)
Other English Names: gander, gosling
Chickens are found in all countries of the world, with the greatest concentrations in China,
the United States, Indonesia, and Brazil (Fig. 7.8). Since they are kept in close proximity to
humans, chickens are found in nearly every climate where humans live.
