If you are more the browsing type, app store has grouped all the apps into categories ac-
cording to their use. You can find the categories on the bar at the top of app store's screen.
To get more information on the particular app, tap on the app's icon. This gives you inform-
ation about what the app does, what it costs, some screen shots of the app in action and the
device requirements in order to run the app.
To purchase an app just tap on the price tag, then tap the buy icon that appears.
