tourism. It is necessary to make supplemen-
tary legal systems such as Economic law
of low-carbon tourism, Law of Recycled
Economy, Law of Recycled Resource, Law
of Climate Change, Law of energy policy
etc. What's more, those laws involving re-
source, energy and environmental-friend-
liness need modification which includes
the laws on recycled resource and environ-
ment protection. Legislation, modification
and execution of these laws can support
tourism enterprise forward to the path for
low-carbon economy and offer reliable
guarantee for new industrialized direction
of Chinese characteristic economy.
