The use of the Internet
combined with a variety of computer technologies,

networking components. The components provide
access to Software as a Service (SaaS), Web 2.0
and other common Internet-related services.

The business computing model en-
abling business flexibility and IT simplification,
integration of people, processes and information
in a Service Oriented Architecture.
SLA:
A Service Level Agreement, it is a part
of Information Technology service contract, where
the level of service is formally defined.
IT Strategy:
Objective and plan of deployment
of Information Technology.
IT Governance:
IT governing system, in
which all stakeholders have the necessary input
into the decision making process as well as abili-
ties to control and affect the performance of an
organization.
Sustainability:
The capabilities of long-term
maintenance of wellbeing as well as the respon-
sibility for the utilization of natural resources.
