The city's most beautiful 'boulevard' of all, the Seine, flows through the
city's heart, flanked by landmarks including the Eiffel Tower, Louvre and
Notre Dame. Taking to the water on a cruise or Batobus ferry is an idyllic way to ac-
quaint or reacquaint yourself with the city. Its 37 bridges and Unesco World Herit-
age-listed riverbanks are perfect for promenading, particularly along the new car-
free stretch Les Berges de Seine, incorporating floating gardens on 1800 sq metres
