rich and complex flavours emerging from the kitchen. The market-inspired menu is merci-
fully short - as in there are only two choices for lunch - but outstanding. Alternatively,

Framed by red curtains tied back with gold tassels, Les Coulisses Vintage has a loyal local
following for its excellent value-for-money dishes that straddle the divide between tradition-
al and modern - foie gras in gingerbread crumbs, roast cod with porcini mushrooms, and
chocolate soufflé or sublime cheeses for dessert.

tro magics you away to southwestern France (perfect on a grey Parisian day). Flavourful re-
gional cooking is based around the rotisserie and other Gascogne standards like cassoulet

The roasting takes a minimum 20 minutes, giving you the opportunity to sample a choice
selection of sunny southern wines.
